We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and sales-driven Bridal Stylist to join our team in Vancouver.
As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through the entire appointment and sales process—from understanding their vision and selecting gowns to overcoming concerns, following up, and ultimately helping them confidently say yes to their dress.
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, highly organized, and comfortable working toward individual and boutique sales goals. You should have excellent communication skills, enjoy building genuine relationships, and be able to create an exceptional experience while also driving results.
Ultimately, you will represent the Leila + Lace brand in an authentic, polished, and professional manner at every stage of the client experience.
Position: Full-Time Bridal Stylist
Location: Vancouver, BC
Compensation: $30.00 per hour + commission
Benefits: Full-time benefits package
Availability: Weekend and peak-hour availability is required
Responsibilities
- Manage the bridal appointment and sales process from beginning to end, creating a personalized and memorable experience for every bride.
- Build trust with brides by listening carefully to their needs, style preferences, wedding vision, timeline, and budget.
- Recommend gowns and accessories based on each bride’s individual preferences and provide knowledgeable, honest styling guidance.
- Confidently guide appointments toward a purchasing decision while maintaining a comfortable, supportive, and pressure-free environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and boutique monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Follow up with brides after appointments and maintain strong communication with prospective clients.
- Provide accurate client information and ensure orders, measurements, notes, and appointment details are properly documented.
- Develop strong knowledge of our designers, collections, gown construction, sizing, ordering timelines, and bridal fashion trends.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and professional communication.
- Support appointment scheduling, client communication, merchandising, inventory management, and day-to-day boutique operations.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the boutique, fitting rooms, gowns, and accessories.
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and management to ensure appointments and boutique operations run smoothly.
- Participate in boutique events, trunk shows, designer events, and promotional activities as needed.
- Represent Leila + Lace Bridal professionally both inside and outside the boutique.

- Comfortable receiving feedback, training, and coaching.
- Previous experience in bridal, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer-facing sales is preferred.
- A genuine interest in bridal fashion and helping brides find the right gown.
- Ability to work weekends and during peak bridal shopping periods.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus, but not required.
